Elias Dehsabzi is an Associate in Hicksons’ Corporate & Commercial team, advising NSW Government agencies and private sector clients on complex procurement, technology, and IT contracts.

Beyond his traditional client advisory work, Elias is Hicksons’ Digital Lead, blending his legal expertise with advanced skills in AI prompt engineering to deliver innovative, technology-driven solutions to legal challenges. He has led major digital transformation projects - including for the NSW Government- embedding AI and emerging technologies into legal workflows to create faster, smarter, and more strategic outcomes for clients.

Recognised in TechDay Australia and GovTech Review, Elias has also represented Hicksons on the global stage, attending Legal Innovators UK and LegalWeek New York - two of the world’s leading legal technology conferences - to engage with global experts on the role of AI in reshaping the legal profession.
