August engages the following categories of service providers for business operations:

• Business Intelligence: For analytics and reporting on business performance
• Communications: For internal collaboration and external communications
• Contract Management: For document management and e-signature services

These providers process data necessary for August's business operations but do not have access to Customer Data or Content processed through the Service.
DOCUMENTATION AND PRODUCTIVITY
Service providers for documentation and productivity include:
• Google LLC (Google Workspace): Email, calendar, and document collaboration
• Notion Labs, Inc.: Internal documentation and knowledge management
• Related productivity tools for project management and team collaboration
These providers support August's internal operations. Customer Data and Content are not processed through these services except where you explicitly communicate with August via email.
PRODUCT AND SECURITY
August engages providers for product and security purposes:
• Product Metrics and Analytics: To monitor Service performance and improve user experience
• Security Monitoring: For threat detection, vulnerability management, and security operations
• Support Quality Assurance: To ensure high-quality customer support interactions
• Trust Center Management: For compliance documentation and security attestations
These providers may have limited access to aggregated or anonymized Service data for the purposes described above.
MARKETING AND SALES
Service providers assist with marketing and sales activities:
• Online Advertising: For digital marketing campaigns and audience targeting
• Marketing Automation: For email campaigns and marketing workflow management
• Sales Engagement: For sales outreach and pipeline management
• Customer Success: For onboarding and customer relationship management
These providers process contact and account information provided during marketing interactions and customer onboarding, subject to applicable privacy requirements.
